At Acroz, we strive to ensure that you love every piece you purchase from us. However, if you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be:
Unused and in original condition
With all tags and packaging intact
Not part of any clearance or final sale
To initiate a return, email us at contact.acroz@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or design, please return the item and place a new order.
